Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses the Coeff IQ website or platform (the "Service"). It is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms. You are responsible for your own use and for the use by anyone you invite to your workspace or give a client login. A material breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime, or third-party right.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, or misappropriate confidential information or trade secrets.
• Upload, connect, or process data you do not have the right to use, or personal information you have not provided required notices for or obtained required consents to process.
• Store or process special categories of data (such as health, government identifiers, or payment-card data) except as expressly permitted in writing by Coefficients Co Ltd.
• Transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest contact information for that purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, including when connecting a third-party account.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to a third party as a service bureau, except as expressly allowed by your plan or a written agreement.
• Use the Service to build or train a competing product or a generalized machine-learning model, or to benchmark it for a competitor.

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only for the analytics purpose the Service provides.
• Comply with the terms, policies, and API limits of every third-party provider you connect (for example, Google, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X). Do not use Coeff IQ to access provider data in a way those providers prohibit.
• Do not use the Service, its connectors, or any provider credential to scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data beyond what the Service's features and your connected providers permit.
• Do not attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or de-identified data, or combine data sets to do so.

You must not:

• Access, or attempt to access, another customer's workspace, data, or account, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any authentication, authorization, rate-limiting, or tenant-isolation measure, except under an authorized test that Coefficients Co Ltd has approved in writing.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users — for example, through denial of service, flooding, or deliberately excessive automated requests.
• Circumvent or attempt to exceed plan limits, entitlements, or usage metering, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials or capacity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Use automated means against the Service except through functionality Coefficients Co Ltd provides for that purpose and within any published limits.

Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong and unique password, and do not share logins. Manage member and client-login access so that each person has only the role they need, and remove access promptly when it is no longer needed. Notify us without delay at support@coeffiq.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account or workspace.

If we believe your use violates this AUP, we may, with or without notice depending on the severity and risk:

• Ask you to stop, or require you to remedy the issue within a stated time.
• Disable specific content, a connection, or a feature.
• Throttle, suspend, or terminate the affected account or workspace.
• Preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the Service, our customers, or the public.

We will use a proportionate response where practical, but we may act immediately for a violation that creates a security, legal, or operational risk, or that harms another customer. Suspension or termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund.

Report suspected abuse of the Service to support@coeffiq.com. Report a suspected security vulnerability to privacy@coeffiq.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and do not access or modify other users' data while investigating. We will acknowledge legitimate reports and work to address confirmed issues.
