Frequently asked questions
Coefficient blends data from multiple sources — like GA4, Search Console, and your ad platforms — into one set of dashboards and reports, instead of leaving you to reconcile numbers across separate tools manually. It also adds AI Analytics, so you can ask a plain-English question instead of building a chart from scratch.
Disconnecting a data source stops future syncs, but historical data already synced into your workspace isn't deleted. You can reconnect the same source later and pick up where you left off.
Yes. Workspaces are isolated from one another, which is common for agencies managing multiple clients or companies managing multiple brands. Each workspace has its own data sources, dashboards, and user access.
AI Analytics answers questions grounded in the data sources connected to your current workspace — things like performance by channel, conversion trends, or revenue over a date range. It doesn't answer questions outside your connected data, and it always shows the underlying metric and date range behind an answer so you can verify it.
Syncing is triggered manually today using "Sync Now" from the Integrations section of workspace settings, where you can also see when a source last synced successfully. Automatic scheduled syncing is on our roadmap.
Yes, a workspace admin can change any member's role at any time from workspace settings, or revoke their access entirely. Changes take effect immediately.
Plans that support it allow shared and embedded dashboards and reports to carry your own branding instead of default Coefficient styling, which is commonly used for client-facing reporting.
A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle rather than immediately. If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll be prompted to reduce usage — such as archiving a workspace — before the change completes.
