Reports

Creating scheduled reports

Scheduled reports let you configure a snapshot of your dashboard or a custom report to be delivered on a recurring cadence, instead of relying on someone to remember to export and send it manually.

Setting up a scheduled report

From a dashboard or report, you can configure a delivery schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly — and choose the delivery destination. Email is supported on all plans; Slack delivery is available as an additional destination for teams that prefer to receive reports directly in a channel.

Choosing what to include

A scheduled report can include an entire dashboard as-is, or a curated subset of widgets built specifically for recurring delivery. For recurring reports sent to stakeholders who don't need every detail, a curated version focused on the two or three metrics that matter most is usually more effective than sending the full dashboard on a schedule.

Choosing a cadence

Matching report frequency to how often the underlying data meaningfully changes and to how often the audience actually acts on it avoids both alert fatigue and stale reporting. Daily is appropriate for actively monitored campaigns; weekly suits most operational reporting; monthly suits trend and executive-level reporting.

Managing existing schedules

All scheduled reports for a workspace can be reviewed, edited, or paused from the Reports section, which also shows delivery history so you can confirm a report was sent successfully.
