Plans are generally structured around a combination of workspace count, connected data source limits, and user seats, with higher tiers adding capacity across all three plus access to AI-powered features. Viewing your current usage
From billing settings, an admin can see current usage against plan limits — how many workspaces, data sources, and seats are in use — which is useful for anticipating when an upgrade might be needed before hitting a limit unexpectedly.
Billing cycle and invoices
Billing runs on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual, depending on what was selected at signup), and past invoices are available from billing settings for record-keeping. Annual billing is generally offered at a discount relative to paying monthly.
Who can manage billing
