Billing

Understanding your plan and billing

Your plan determines how many workspaces, data sources, and users you can have, along with which features — like AI Analytics and AI Visibility — are included. This article covers how billing works conceptually.

What plans are based on

Plans are generally structured around a combination of workspace count, connected data source limits, and user seats, with higher tiers adding capacity across all three plus access to AI-powered features. The specific limits and pricing for current plans are covered on the pricing page rather than in documentation, since they're subject to change.

Viewing your current usage

From billing settings, an admin can see current usage against plan limits — how many workspaces, data sources, and seats are in use — which is useful for anticipating when an upgrade might be needed before hitting a limit unexpectedly.

Billing cycle and invoices

Billing runs on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual, depending on what was selected at signup), and past invoices are available from billing settings for record-keeping. Annual billing is generally offered at a discount relative to paying monthly.

Who can manage billing

Billing management is restricted to admins on the workspace or account, consistent with how other sensitive settings are scoped. See User Roles and Permissions for more on how role-based access works generally.
