Creating an account sets up your first workspace and gives you an entry point to start connecting data. This article covers what to expect during setup.
What you'll need
- A work email address.
- The name of the business or client account you're setting up your first workspace for.
- Access credentials for at least one data source you plan to connect (you can also skip this during signup and connect a source later).
During setup
After verifying your email, you'll be asked to name your first workspace. If you manage multiple brands or clients, don't worry about getting this perfect right away — you can create additional workspaces at any time, and rename or reorganize existing ones from workspace settings.
You'll also choose a plan. All plans include the core dashboard and reporting features; higher tiers add capacity for more data sources, more workspaces, and access to AI Analytics and AI Visibility.
Inviting others
Once your account and first workspace exist, you can invite teammates directly from workspace settings. New members are assigned a role that determines what they can see and do — see the Users & Permissions section for details on how roles work.
